Specialized Hydrotherapy: Gentle Healing in Water
Hydrotherapy, or aquatic therapy, is a specialized form of exercise conducted in a controlled pool. It is highly effective for patients who find land-based exercise painful or difficult, as the water's buoyancy reduces the impact of gravity on painful joints.
Our dual-certified Physiotherapist and Hydrotherapy Lead personally oversees this unique service.
Ideal For:
Severe Arthritis and Rheumatological Conditions
Patients with Limited Weight-Bearing Ability (e.g., following a fracture)
Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Syndromes
Balance and Coordination Training in a safe, fall-free environment.
Stroke and nerve-related conditions ( sciatica or radiculopathy)
Head injuries
Our Facility & Approach:
Accessible Pool: Ensuring muscle relaxation and comfort.
One-on-One Sessions: Always supervised by a specialist for safety and maximum benefit.
Low-Impact Mobilization: Allowing you to exercise and rebuild strength painlessly.

Pediatric Physiotherapy: Helping Kids Thrive
Pediatric Physiotherapy is a specialized form of care dedicated to helping infants, children, and adolescents reach their full physical, developmental, and active potential. It is highly effective for children facing developmental delays, recovering from injuries, or managing physical conditions.
Our environment is fun, supportive, and engaging, and our therapists work in close partnership with parents to ensure every child's recovery plan is specialized, effective, and continued at home.
Ideal For:
Developmental Delays: Infants and toddlers who are late to achieve motor milestones (e.g., sitting, crawling, walking).
Orthopedic & Sports Injuries: Sprains, fractures, growth plate issues, and post-surgical rehabilitation in active teens.
Neurological Conditions: Support for children managing conditions like Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and nerve injuries.
Torticollis & Plagiocephaly: Specialized treatment for infants with limited neck motion or flat spots on the skull.
Gait & Posture Issues: Addressing abnormal walking patterns (e.g., toe walking) and postural concerns during growth spurts.
Our Facility & Approach:
Integrated Diagnostics: Access to in-house, low-dose Radiography for immediate, accurate diagnosis of bone and joint issues.
Play-Based Therapy: Sessions are delivered through engaging games and activities to motivate children and make therapy fun.
Family-Centered Partnership: Parents are trained with clear home programs to support continuous progress between appointments.
Specialized Equipment: Use of age-appropriate tools and aids to safely challenge and stimulate development.
Lumbar and Cervical Traction: Targeted Spinal Relief
Traction therapy is a gentle, non-surgical method used to relieve chronic pain and pressure in the spine (neck and lower back). It works by slowly stretching the spine, creating space between the vertebrae. This process helps to decompress spinal nerves, relieve muscle spasms, and promote healing by allowing nutrient-rich fluids to flow into the spinal discs.
We utilize both manual and specialized mechanical traction units to ensure your treatment is precise, comfortable, and highly effective.
Ideal For:
Sciatica & Radiculopathy: Relieving pressure on pinched nerves in the lower back that cause pain radiating down the leg.
Disc Bulges & Herniations: Gently reducing pressure on the spinal discs to alleviate pain and promote disc health.
Chronic Neck Pain: Easing muscle tension and stiffness caused by poor posture or injury (Cervical Traction).
Degenerative Disc Disease: Creating space between vertebrae to reduce friction and pain.
Spinal Joint Pain: Decompressing the small joints in the spine to improve mobility.
Our Approach & Equipment:
Customized Treatment: Sessions are tailored to your specific diagnosis (confirmed by our integrated imaging) and pain levels, using specific force and duration.
Precision Equipment: We use state-of-the-art mechanical traction units that allow for highly controlled, intermittent, or static decompression.
Safety & Supervision: All traction sessions are conducted under the direct supervision of your physiotherapist to monitor comfort and effectiveness.
